Euro-East Oy 1034816-6 sells products to individuals and businesses throughout mainland Finland. We do not deliver online store orders to Åland postal codes. We reserve the right to change delivery terms and prices. The prices of the products include value-added tax.

Ordering
Orders can be placed at Euro-East’s online store without registration or by registering as a EuroEast customer. Ordering and payment take place in a secure SSL connection in the bank’s or payment provider’s service to ensure maximum security for customers shopping at Euro-East’s online store. For the security of payment information, the online store’s customer service cannot receive or process payment information by phone or email, so orders must be placed personally on the website at www.euro-east.fi/kauppa. The online store uses cookies. A confirmation will be sent to the provided email address for successful orders.
Prices
The current prices of the products are listed on the website. Prices include VAT. The chosen delivery method’s cost will be added to the total amount at the end of the order. Euro-East Oy reserves the right to change prices. Euro-East has the right to cancel a customer’s order if price information or availability on the website is incorrect due to technical or other problems.
Payment
You can pay directly from the online bank, by credit card, or by invoice/installment. Payment is made in a secure connection. Viva Payment Services S.A., Finnish branch (3125989-1) acts as the payment service provider. Via Viva Payment Services, you can pay by card, by invoice, and through Trustly using a mobile bank. Via Viva wallet service, you can pay through online banking, an e-wallet, credit/debit cards. Delivery Orders are shipped on weekdays. The delivery time for products available in stock is usually 2-4 working days. The delivery cost depends on the selected delivery method, additional services, order weight, and size. You will see the delivery cost when placing the order at the online store’s checkout before final approval.
Posti Postipaketti / PostNord Package
The order is delivered to the nearest Posti/PostNord pick-up point. The pick-up points are located in stores, markets, and kiosks. The pick-up point is selected based on the recipient’s delivery address on the online store. You can also choose the desired pick-up point separately at the online store’s checkout from the delivery options menu. If the pick-up point is congested, the order can be delivered to another nearby pick-up point. Euro-East sends a tracking number to the recipient’s provided email when the order is dispatched. The package’s progress can be tracked through Posti’s/PostNord’s Shipment Tracking service. Posti/PostNord sends an arrival notice either by text message or email. The order can be collected using the arrival notice or tracking number. The person collecting the package must always prove their identity during pick-up. Another person can collect the package with the shipment number and their own proof of identity. Delivery is made on weekdays by 7 PM. Orders are kept for a maximum of 7 days.

Delivery to the PostNord parcel locker. Estimated delivery time 1-4 days. Follow the delivery with the PostNord app. Your parcel will be delivered to a PostNord service point. You will receive a notification via the app, SMS and/or email when your parcel is ready to be picked up. PostNord Home
Delivery to your door at the agreed time. Home delivery on the weekdays 8 am to 9 pm.In the largest cities, real-time trackable deliveries also in the evenings. Estimated delivery time 1–3 days. Modify your delivery as preferred. PostNord will deliver to your door at the agreed time on the weekdays from 8am to 9 pm, depending on the delivery area. You will receive a notification via SMS or email. You can change the delivery time or give an authorization to deliver your shipment without a signature via the link in the shipment notification. Failure to Collect the Package
Please note that failing to collect the package from the Posti/PostNord is not considered as customer return. If the package is left uncollected, and Posti/PostNord returns it to us, we charge a €15 return fee.
Pick-up from Euro-East Warehouse
The order can be picked up from Euro-East’s warehouse. Euro-East will send a notification via email or text message when the order is ready for pick-up. Pick-up orders are processed within 24 hours of ordering. Identification must be presented when collecting a pre-paid order. Bring along an official passport, driver’s license, or identity card. The order can be picked up during the store’s opening hours (weekdays from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM). The order must be collected within 7 days of receiving the notification. Another person can collect the pick-up order with authorization and an official passport, driver’s license, or identity card.

Free Delivery
Free delivery applies to orders over €50 in value that can be delivered to a parcel locker or pick-up point based on size and weight. Free delivery does not apply to home delivery.
Cancellation Rights, Returns, and Complaints
We process orders as soon as possible after order confirmation to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, changes to your order cannot be made after you have confirmed it. As a private customer, you have a 14-day return period from the day you received the product. According to consumer protection laws, the right of return applies to saleable and unused products. According to Chapter 6 of consumer protection laws, the right of return does not apply to food items if their delivery packaging has been opened. If you want to return a product, you must inform Euro-East by email within 14 days of receiving the product. Remember to provide your contact information and order number when making the return notification. All return product packages (including transport packaging) must be completely unopened. As a customer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and ensuring that the product arrives at Euro-East undamaged. So, please package the product in a way that prevents damage during transportation. The product must be sent to Euro-East within 14 days of making the cancellation notification. The online store has a statutory liability for defects in sold products. In case of complaints, please contact our customer service at asiakaspalvelu@euro-east.fi. Consumers have the right to refer any potential disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board for resolution.
