RIGA GOLD Smoked sprat in oil 185g/ 129g
Smoked sprat in oil is smoked with alder wood chips using traditional methods. Sprat is wild caught and hand packed. It is a full-canned preserve without additives or preservatives.
Sprat’s bones are soft and they do require removing. Sprat is a good source of protein, and it brings variety to fish meals.
Serving suggestion: Sprat is best on its own with ryebread or boiled potatoes. It can also be used as an ingredient for pies, omelets, salads, sandwich cakes and cocktail appetizers, as well as a topping for stuffed sandwich.
