Preparation instructions

Cooking instructions: Before cooking, rinse the buckwheat groats with water. Boil buckwheat groats in boiling water for about 10 minutes. Add salt, pepper, nutmeg, marjoram, thyme, parsley, chives and sour cream or grated cheese to your boiled buckwheat to taste. Also try buckwheat with honey, sugar, cinnamon or raisins and nuts.
