Boujee mochi salted caramel flavored ice cream with blackcurrant filling in a rice dough crust. Mochi is a Japanese rice pastry made from sweet rice flour. Boujee mochi ice cream balls combine delicious salted caramel ice cream wrapped in rice dough and blackcurrant filling. Boujee mochi ice cream balls really melt in your mouth thanks to their creamy texture.
Mochi ice cream is eaten on its own or as part of a dessert dish. Take mochis out of the freezer 2-3 minutes before serving.
