Description
Lecho is a vegetable appetizer made from sweet peppers and tomato sauce. Lecho appetizer is a traditional dish of Hungarian cuisine and is common in many countries of Eastern Europe.
Lecho is suitable as an accessory to main dishes, especially meat dishes, adds flavor to meat stews or sauces, such as goulash. Also try it in tortillas, in a dipping sauce like salsa, or serve it as a delicious vegetarian dish with bread.
